The host met us at the agreed-upon time (we had requested an earlier check-in) and offered to carry my mom’s cabin bag upstairs, and that’s how I already realized we had chosen the right place! The apartment was amazing! Expansive rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a nice balcony where we enjoyed evening drinks and morning coffee! The bathroom was clean, with a large shower area, proper towels. Salvatore had done an amazing, meticulous job with all the house rules described in a guidebook, and he patiently explained everything. I wish we had stayed there longer to enjoy the place, it was not like something to endure for a night or 2, but a great place to relax and feel at home! The bed sheets were high quality, and the wardrobes were big enough with lots of hangers. The luggage rack was another very useful detail! I can go on listing all the amenities, it’s better you go see for yourselves! The location was very good, we walked to all sights (15 min) and even walked from the train station to the apartment. El apartamento est\u00e1 en una zona tranquila y accesible para ir caminando al centro. El edificio es antiguo y cl\u00e1sico, pero el apartamento est\u00e1 todo reformado. La estacia estaba limpia y ordenada, as\u00ed como con todas las comodidades necesarias. Ya que, est\u00e1 completo con electrodom\u00e9sticos y primeras necesidades. Adem\u00e1s, nos han facilitado toda la informaci\u00f3n de la ciudad en los idiomas de italiano e ingl\u00e9s sobre los transportes, monumentos y museos. Tambi\u00e9n, comentar que dispone de un sal\u00f3n con una altura muy elevada que da amplitud, y en el techo tiene un mosaico muy bonito, que nos ha llamado la atenci\u00f3n. Como \u00faltima apreciaci\u00f3n, destacar que el anfitri\u00f3n fue excelente, ofreciendo tips, resolviendo las consultas y ayudando en las solicitudes.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Nur wenige Schritte von der Stra\u00dfenbahn entfernt, die Nachbarschaft war ruhig in einem guten Teil der Stadt. Er hat uns Informationen \u00fcber die besten Orte in der Umgebung gegeben und war auch sehr angenehm. Es liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von \u00f6ffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln entfernt und man kann auch einen 10-15-min\u00fctigen Spaziergang zu den unglaublichsten Orten von Florenz machen. L’espace est grand, propre et dispose de tout le n\u00e9cessaire pour s\u00e9journer quelques jours. Als wir zum ersten Mal den Wohn-\/K\u00fcchenbereich betraten, bemerkten wir die wundersch\u00f6ne hohe Decke, die mit Mustern und Blumen bemalt war. W\u00e4hrend wir uns durch die Wohnung bewegten, war sie sauber und gut f\u00fcr unseren Aufenthalt vorbereitet. Die Lage ist gut, da es ruhig ist, aber nur 15 Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Este apartamento tiene muchas cosas buenas. Primero, gestionan fant\u00e1sticamente bien la entrada y salida de los inquilinos, por lo que desde el principio nos sentimos muy bien recibidos. Est\u00e1 muy limpio. La calefacci\u00f3n y la lavadora funcionan correctamente. La cocina, pese a ser peque\u00f1a, tiene lo suficiente para cocinar. Las camas son muy c\u00f3modas. El departamento es muy c\u00f3modo y las instalaciones son excelentes, la ubicaci\u00f3n es muy buena para visitar Florencia a pasos del tranvia que permite llegar a las zonas tur\u00edsticas y acceder con facilidad a la estacion de trenes o el aeropuerto, el lugar es tranquilo y su entorno es bello , Salvatore fue un gran anfitri\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

I had a fantastic stay in Florence. The apartment is located about 15 minutes walking distance from the city center, but very quiet, safe and residential so I preferred to stay here and walk through the city. The apartment was very clean and comfortable for my stay and the Host was available and communicative during my check-in\/departure. My return flight was delayed and she was able to modify my check-in time and ensure I was properly welcomed. I highly recommend this space for your trip to Florence!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Un caloroso benvenuto, l\u2019appartamento bello confortevole, pulito, situato in posizione ideale a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro e dai luoghi da visitare, e senza avere rumore per poter riposare tranquillamente.
