Appartamento Flora

Casa pulita e accogliente, fornita di tutto il necessario. Ottima location, vicinissima alla fortezza da basso, al centro e alla stazione. Proprietario gentile e disponibile in tutto! Pulizia ottima.

The host met us at the agreed-upon time (we had requested an earlier check-in) and offered to carry my mom’s cabin bag upstairs, and that’s how I already realized we had chosen the right place! The apartment was amazing! Expansive rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a nice balcony where we enjoyed evening drinks and morning coffee! The bathroom was clean, with a large shower area, proper towels. Salvatore had done an amazing, meticulous job with all the house rules described in a guidebook, and he patiently explained everything. I wish we had stayed there longer to enjoy the place, it was not like something to endure for a night or 2, but a great place to relax and feel at home! The bed sheets were high quality, and the wardrobes were big enough with lots of hangers. The luggage rack was another very useful detail! I can go on listing all the amenities, it’s better you go see for yourselves! The location was very good, we walked to all sights (15 min) and even walked from the train station to the apartment. The building’s door was a touch of magic;)

El apartamento está en una zona tranquila y accesible para ir caminando al centro. El edificio es antiguo y clásico, pero el apartamento está todo reformado. La estacia estaba limpia y ordenada, así como con todas las comodidades necesarias. Ya que, está completo con electrodomésticos y primeras necesidades. Además, nos han facilitado toda la información de la ciudad en los idiomas de italiano e inglés sobre los transportes, monumentos y museos. También, comentar que dispone de un salón con una altura muy elevada que da amplitud, y en el techo tiene un mosaico muy bonito, que nos ha llamado la atención. Como última apreciación, destacar que el anfitrión fue excelente, ofreciendo tips, resolviendo las consultas y ayudando en las solicitudes.

Tutto è stato assolutamente fantastico e ha superato tutte le nostre aspettative. L’appartamento era molto pulito e aveva tutto il necessario per il nostro soggiorno. Posizione comoda per chi viaggia in treno, soffitti alti e un gran bel balcone, ha tutto il necessario per vivere! Grazie di tutto!

Es war sauber, das Doppelzimmer war sehr geräumig, die Fotos zeigen, was man vorfindet. Der Eigentümer war sehr freundlich und kam, um uns zu begrüßen. Nur wenige Schritte von der Straßenbahn entfernt, die Nachbarschaft war ruhig in einem guten Teil der Stadt. Ausgezeichnet, eine Waschmaschine und eine vollständig ausgestattete Küche zu haben.

L’emplacement était parfait. Si vous voyagez en famille, vous trouverez toutes les commodités, même si vous voyagez avec votre enfant. L’appartement était confortable, chaleureux et dans un emplacement parfait.

L’appartamento è eccellente! La posizione è ottima! Il mio volo era in ritardo per raggiungere Firenze e la proprietaria dell’appartamento ci ha accolto di notte! Lo consiglio!

The apartment is very nice, clean, and spacious. It has 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds), a bathroom, and a kitchen/dining room (with a sofa bed). It is located in a quiet area, 15-20 minutes walking distance from Santa Maria Novella station and the city center. There is a tram stop 150 meters away.

Sehr schöne, große und helle Wohnung. Das Beste war, dass man morgens auf dem Balkon unter der Morgensonne frühstücken konnte. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Supermarkt war in der Nähe.

L’alloggio è lo stesso delle foto. L’appartamento è molto spazioso ed è molto ben arredato. Tutto perfetto! Molto confortevole e vicino alle principali attrazioni di Firenze. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ci tornerei.

Excelente ubicación y apartamento muy acogedor. Nos encantaron las camas y las habitaciones nos dieron paz y tranquilidad. El personal fue fantástico y nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitábamos e incluso más.

L’appartamento è pulito, spazioso e gode di una buona posizione per raggiungere a piedi il centro di Firenze in circa 15 minuti. La cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario, il bagno è pulito e di notte era tranquillo. Torneremo volentieri in qualsiasi momento! Soggiorno eccellente!

The accommodation is beautiful, the details are really clean and cute everywhere, I love the terrace for tea and breakfast. The location was perfect, very close to the train station, bus stop and supermarkets, within walking distance of important places.

Der Ort war gemütlich. Wir haben den Gastgeber getroffen, der im selben Gebäude wohnt, eine freundliche und sympathische Person! Er hat uns Informationen über die besten Orte in der Umgebung gegeben und war auch sehr angenehm. Es liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln entfernt und man kann auch einen 10-15-minütigen Spaziergang zu den unglaublichsten Orten von Florenz machen. Ich werde es definitiv empfehlen und in Zukunft wieder hier übernachten!

El propietario nos recibió para el check-in y fue muy servicial. Nos explicó toda la información sobre el apartamento que necesitábamos y nos proporcionó consejos sobre comida y sobre la zona. ¡Un chico encantador!

L’alloggio si trova a 15 minuti a piedi dal duomo, e vicino alla Fortezza da basso, il palazzo delle esposizioni. Dal momento che siamo arrivati in auto, è stato vantaggioso per noi che ci fosse un buon parcheggio nelle vicinanze. L’alloggio era molto pulito, funzionale e conforme alla descrizione.

Bel appartement, situé dans une zone pratique pour tous les déplacements à pied et en transports en commun. L’espace est grand, propre et dispose de tout le nécessaire pour séjourner quelques jours. Propriétaire amical et super réactif (nous avons eu un petit problème avec l’évier qui a été résolu en quelques heures). Fortement recommandé! Nous y retournerons quand nous passerons par Florence.

Tout était comme sur les photos. La maison est super propre et dans la maison vous pouvez trouver tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Excellente situation.

Sehr schöner Ort in einem unglaublichen alten Gebäude. Als wir zum ersten Mal den Wohn-/Küchenbereich betraten, bemerkten wir die wunderschöne hohe Decke, die mit Mustern und Blumen bemalt war. Während wir uns durch die Wohnung bewegten, war sie sauber und gut für unseren Aufenthalt vorbereitet. Die Lage ist gut, da es ruhig ist, aber nur 15 Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Ich würde definitiv wieder hier übernachten!

Appartamento Elica

Este apartamento tiene muchas cosas buenas. Primero, gestionan fantásticamente bien la entrada y salida de los inquilinos, por lo que desde el principio nos sentimos muy bien recibidos. Está muy limpio. La calefacción y la lavadora funcionan correctamente. La cocina, pese a ser pequeña, tiene lo suficiente para cocinar. Las camas son muy cómodas. El baño está bien equipado.

El departamento es muy cómodo y las instalaciones son excelentes, la ubicación es muy buena para visitar Florencia a pasos del tranvia que permite llegar a las zonas turísticas y acceder con facilidad a la estacion de trenes o el aeropuerto, el lugar es tranquilo y su entorno es bello , Salvatore fue un gran anfitrión.

A pochi passi dal centro, ma in zona tranquilla… Pulito e funzionale. L’ host è gentilissimo e attento ad ogni esigenza. Soggiorno top. Consigliatissimo!

The apartment was in an excellent location, it was very clean and well-furnished, and the very helpful hosts left a welcome package with essentials to make our stay easy.

Excelente ubicación, lejos de las multitudes y a solo unos minutos a pie de las famosas atracciones. Apartamento limpio y bien equipado. Sin quejas, tenía todo lo necesario para una estancia confortable: cocina, refrigerador, plancha, secador de pelo, cama muy grande y cómoda, televisor grande. ¡Estoy contento de haber elegido este alojamiento!

Vicino al centro. Nessun rumore dalla strada. Luminosa e spaziosa. Ha l’essenziale per trascorrere qualche giorno: piccola cucina, utensili, lavatrice, ecc. Trasporti pubblici. Ambiente residenziale fiorentino.

I had a fantastic stay in Florence. The apartment is located about 15 minutes walking distance from the city center, but very quiet, safe and residential so I preferred to stay here and walk through the city. The apartment was very clean and comfortable for my stay and the Host was available and communicative during my check-in/departure. My return flight was delayed and she was able to modify my check-in time and ensure I was properly welcomed. I highly recommend this space for your trip to Florence!

La sistemazione era esattamente ciò che io e un amico cercavamo. Uno spazio pulito e confortevole per rilassarsi e a pochi passi dalla maggior parte dei luoghi centrali (a circa 15 minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria e dal centro). Il proprietario e il suo team sono stati molto reattivi e disponibili. Anche l’alloggio era molto sicuro.

Eine sehr komfortable Wohnung mit ausgezeichneter Lage, sehr einfacher Check-in. Ehrlich gesagt eine ausgezeichnete Wohnung, ich würde definitiv für meinen nächsten Besuch in Florenz zurückkommen.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno di 3 giorni qui, assolutamente niente da dire, è stato molto bello. Un caloroso benvenuto, l’appartamento bello confortevole, pulito, situato in posizione ideale a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro e dai luoghi da visitare, e senza avere rumore per poter riposare tranquillamente. C’era anche un parcheggio in strada dove si trova l’appartamento. Consiglio vivamente di fermarvi qui.

Endroit incroyable, très spacieux. L’emplacement était à 15 minutes à pied des principales attractions touristiques. J’ai beaucoup aimé séjourner ici. Emplacement charmant, hébergement propre. Un endroit charmant et sans effort!

Ottimo alloggio molto elegante con tanto spazio! Il bagno è nuovissimo con ampia doccia. A 10/15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Anche l’edificio è bellissimo. La comunicazione è stata ottima e il proprietario è stata persino in grado di soddisfare il nostro arrivo un po’ presto. Lo consiglio vivamente.
